David Stark David Stark joined Prescriber Solutions®, Inc. as the Director of Client Services in 2001. David has more than 15 years experience in the health care industry working in the areas of Client Services, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Administration and Operations. In his previous role as Director of Client Services, David was responsible for the development and execution of Client Site Implementations, User Training Programs, Customer Support Programs and a Quality Assurance department. He also chaired the Software Enhancement Committee and was a primary player on the development of electronic prescription products and pharmaceutical related software. David has worked closely with several regulatory agencies and has extensive experience in the licensing of pharmaceutical manufacturing and Mail Order Pharmacy sites. David holds multiple licenses issued by several states related to the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. David's entrepreneurial spirit and keen insight into the market has made him a welcome addition to the team
