Douglas Elden Douglas L. Elden, Esq. joined Prescriber Solutions® as the Corporate Secretary in 2001. He is a partner with The Elden Law Firm in Chicago, Illinois, with a national practice representing managed care systems, health care purchasing organizations, hospitals, provider groups, third party administrators and other health care institutions. Doug is a frequent speaker and author on legal issues involving health care and formerly served as Chairman of the Board of the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations (1987- 1989; 1997- 1999) (" AAPPO"), the Editor-in-Chief of Health Care Innovations (1990- 2000) and President of The AAPPO Foundation (1993). Doug received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois in 1972, his LL. M. (Taxation) from John Marshall Law School in 1983, and is a member of various legal and health care- related associations.
