Jerry Kugler Jerry Kugler joined Prescriber Solutions® as the Chief Executive Officer in May 2000, with the goal of utilizing his experience and well-developed contacts in health care to bring Prescriber Solutions' key product, the PSI-MedConnect System™ (a handheld, browser-based, electronic prescribing tool) to the marketplace. Jerry is a 25-year veteran of the pharmaceutical and health care industry. In 1993, Jerry assumed the Director of Managed Care position for Marion Merrell Dow (West Region) where he developed long-term relationships and alliances with key organizations, including HMOs, PPOs, Integrated Systems, PBMs, Capitated Medical Groups, Associations and Group Purchasing Organizations. His individual customer list still reads like a "Who's Who" in today's health care arena. Overseeing these complex business alliances, Jerry, together with a well trained account management team, assured the continual growth of business and the acceptance of all major products on virtually every managed care formulary. In early 1995, as an Area Business Director, Jerry was responsible for the seamless integration of Hoechst Roussel and Marion Merrell Dow's sales and management teams at the time of their merger. In 1997, Jerry requested an early retirement from Hoechst Marion Roussel in order to help found Logical Health Care Solutions (a health care consulting company) where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer until April 2001, when he founded Jerry Kugler & Associates (a health care consulting company specializing in recruiting, training and e-health technology). Jerry is actively involved in developing new products including the Managed Care Training Institute, designed (and tailored) to assist new and established pharmaceutical companies build and grow their presence in today's evolving health care marketplace. The recruiting division has been instrumental in placing top talent within key positions in the pharmaceutical and health care industries.
